Everything moves through Vant4gePoint’s API architecture. AIDA conducts the interview, completes the risk and needs tool, and returns confidence-scored results directly into the Individual’s case record in Vant4gePoint. Case plans, supervision level assignments, and program referrals build from that data automatically. Evolve extends the same case record into the community, keeping the Individual connected to their path and their supervising staff connected to their progress. The data does not transfer between systems. It lives in one place from intake through reentry.
Yes. Vant4gePoint connects to any existing OMS, JMS, CMS, EHR, or third-party platform through a two-way API architecture. AIDA is platform agnostic and returns structured data to any system of record. Agencies do not replace what is working. They connect it, surface it in one intelligence layer, and build from the infrastructure they already have. Where a specialized third-party microservice serves a function better than a native ADAPT module, the API architecture integrates it directly.
